Our Munster Champion golfers together with Mr Eoin Shinners and Mr Colm Hanley set off to Scotland this week to compete in the inaugiral Links Cup in Scotland against Webster's High School in Kirriemuir. The team includes Jack Ryan (Captain), David Carroll, Owen O'Brien and Colin O'Sullivan. They will be playing top courses including St Andrew's Bay Golf Club, Montrose and Carnoustie. They will also visit the very home of golf - St Andrew's Old Course - the venue for this year's Open Championship. The timing of the trip could not come any better as the lads prepare for the All-Ireland Finals in Killarney next April. Joining the team for the All-Ireland will be manager Mr Cathal O'Connor and player - Daniel Lucey.
