BTYSTE

We wil be tweeting from the BTYSTE today where the school has three projects entered. Students from Form I are visiting the exhibition. Check out the projects below:

Annual School Musical: The Wiz

Be sure to attend our productions of "The Wiz." It will be staged in the University Concert Hall on Thursday and Friday the 26th and 27th of January at 8pm. This show should not be missed!!

Dorothy, the little girl from Kansas is blown by a tornado into Munchkinland in the Land Of Oz. While there she meets the Scarecrow, the Tinman & the Cowardly Lion on the Yellow Brick Road where their adventure begins!!

Looking forward to seeing you all!!

Hamlet Trip

Thank you to Mr. Killian Bushell who accompanied Form VI on their trip to Dublin yesterday. The group arrived at UCD to see a production of "Hamlet" by the university's drama society. Mr. Bushell and the students were very happy with the play as it gave them a great insight into their Leaving Certificate drama. This will hugely benefit the students' understanding of one of Shakespeare's most famous tragedies.

Team Samba

Thank you to Mr. Dave McFarlane who directed Team Samba today. Pupils were given the opportunity to perform Samba with the use of a variety of percussion instruments. The sound they made was fantastic!!
